This will unlock naturally after you've rescued your boyfriend from the annoying large bird the second time. After you reunite with your boyfriend for Together at Last , you'll go throw a few sections where you'll need to guide him through some tunnels while building web bridges for him (to get him to follow you, just dance with ). Not too long into the tunnels, the devil bird will scoop up your boyfriend (again). This time, your insect friends will be there to aid you. This encounter will take place up in the air. The first half of the fight, you'll need to land on the bird's back (with the help of the Princess Bee) and shoot your lasers () into its head. After about 3-4 shots, your balloon ship will appear with the Mecha Ant you built earlier in the game. For the second half, you need to use your web bridges () to attach and lower the Mecha Ant close enough to the bird's back so it can deal the final blow. When the fight ends (and after a little bit of dialogue), the trophy will unlock.

Before you actually start attacking the bird, you want to make sure to get Floor is Lava  done and out of the way as it's by far the easiest location to get it. Please see that trophy for more information.
