This can be done easily when you earn/hire a posse member. Take them onto the tavern roof in Grackle and "Kick" them off. See video for more detail:

Thanks for the video, it actually helped me cross check something. I did it to an enemy during a bounty hunt, but it didn't unlock. I thought it was because the enemy didn't die, as the building was only one storey high, but I guess the posse member also survived, so I'm guessing it is something different.

Thanks I tried a couple of times with enemies but it didn't unlock. This worked first time.

Since this doesn't necessarily have to be an enemy, you can get this pretty easily after you have your first posse member. Just walk them near a rooftop's edge and give them a good kick to send them on their way.
