Weird West: Definitive Edition

Tornadoes may sometimes randomly spawn in areas but a more consistent way of getting this achievement is to wait until you reach the Protector's journey and unlock his Western Wind ability that allows you to spawn one of your own. Any item or ability that triggers electric, poison or fire effects will convert the tornado into that element. Lightning Rounds or Wildfire Cocktails are an example but even throwing poison barrels or oil lamps should do the trick.

Easily done on Chapter 3 as the Protector. He has an ability (Western Winds) that allows him to summon a Tornado. I suggest setting some grassland on fire with a Molotov, Oil Lamp etc. and then summoning a Tornado into the fire to create a "Fire Tornado". I believe broken poison barrels work in the same way too.
