During the Protector's Journey you'll need to go Galen's Crossing to get a certain item from Mayor Weeks. In the bedroom behind his office you can find the rifle mounted on the wall. Return it to Maryann Wilson at the Fort Glenn trapper's camp.

This trophy is easy to miss. When in Galen's Crossing in Chapter 3 the protector, inside Week's room is a rifle on the wall. If you loot this item you can return it to an NPC to unlock the trophy (there is no side quest for this).
