During the werewolf chapter, you will need to go to Grackle. Here you will come across a side quest in the center of town where a wolf killed a woman. This side quest will want you to go to Trigger Point.
Go to Trigger Point and talk to the guy, who will take you down into the cellar. To get the achievements you need to rescue the person in the cage in the cellar. I told him to “get flooded” and then killed him to get the key. Open the door and the Achievement will pop.

Just a heads up, I took Essex's side quest and accidentally found Leila before visiting Grackle and this side quest never showed up after that.

Missable achievement
Once you get the Quest to go to Grackle, Essex Max will give you a side quest in parallel. DO NOT GO TO THE SIDE QUEST LOCATION SINCE ITS WHERE YOU HAVE TO GO IN THE MAIN QUEST ANYWAY. Go to Grackle, get the side quest for this achievement first.

During the main story on Chapter 4 as the Werewolf, your friend Leila will become Moondrunk and go on a rampage near Grackle. While at Grackle you'll find a dead body in the street with a quest giver leaning over it. Accept the side quest from the bounty hunter. Visit his home at Tidewater Stead, go down into the basement, finish the dialogue options. Kill him and release Werewolf Beverly from the cell. Once released the achievement should pop.
