Can be done easily in Grackle. Either loot or buy some Rope from the general store. Climb up onto a house roof that has a chimney and climb down the chimney with the Rope. You get plenty of opportunities elsewhere in the game too. See video for more detail:

This is very simple but you will need a rope for it first which is a pretty common loot but can also be purchased from the general store. Just find any building with a chimney, find a way up top and interact with it to rappel down with the rope.
