To get this achievement you must do the following.
Complete Normal mode
Complete all 10 levels in Normal mode with an S rank.
Complete New Game+
Complete all 10 levels in New Game+ with an S rank.
An S rank really isn't that hard, just need to kill 100% of enemies and have 0 deaths. There is an easy way to get the S rank. If you die, dashboard then quit the game. Reload and continue from your last save and finish the level. It won't count the death of you're quick enough. Works multiple times if need be.
