Multiball is reasonably easy to start on the Werewolf table. I got it my first game, shortly after popping both the Ball Saver and One Million achievements, which immediately helped me earn the Two and Three Millions achievements right after another. (Activating the Multiball mode and running it over and over is probably the best way to quickly knock out all the score-related achievements here).
To activate Multiball, look to the top right of the board, just left of the plunger lane, and you'll see a hole, blocked by 3 tabs. Hitting each tab in succession drops it, until the hole is open to shoot. Hitting the hole after the tabs have been dropped locks a ball, and you can start over the process. Lock a few balls this way, and Multiball starts easily.
I think a multiball may be a part of one of the missions as well, but it's quite easy to unlock as above.
This can be worked on over multiple balls during one game, however losing a ball resets the tabs in front of the hole.
