You will get this after you complete the second mission of the game. The first is merely a tutorial of sorts teaching you how to use Cahal's various powers in wolf forme, but it's also an exposition dump so don't run through it if you're interested in the story. A prologue, if you will.

The second mission will involve Cahal working with a partner to infiltrate an outpost and swap the shipping labels on some crates because *story reasons.* After you make your way back to your partner (you'll have more exposition after swapping the labels before you can return to him), the achievement will pop during the ensuing cutscene.
