How to unlock the End of Injustice achievement in West of Dead - Definitive Guide
This achievement is for defeating the last boss (a first time).
The real difficulty ins't really the boss itself but getting there.
Here are some tips to make it easier if you are struggling:
--------------------------
The RUN :
1- Take the easy route : Do not go to the Bayou or the Graveyard. Your run should look like that :
The Crypt -> The Hunt -> The Mine -> Boss -> The Farm -> The Canyon -> The Town -> Boss -> The Church -> Final Boss
2- The Graveyard was to me the hardest dungeon, if you ever get there, once you find an exit, don't bother exploring another room. GET OUT!
3- It is safer to avoid helping Lost Souls after the Farm. If you're already struggling, do not make it even harder ^^'
4- As for your upgrades (GREEN, RED and BLUE), favor the red ones at the start, and then the green one. I didn't really bother with the blue ones, maybe only 1 upgrade. At the end of my run I was level 7-8 perception (RED) and I had 500-600 health points.
4- When spending your "Sins" between each dungeons, start by unlocking all of the utility items at the top of the list first : Health flasks x3, Armory x2, Improved weapons (at least revolvers and shotguns).
5- Weapons :
The combo revolver + shotgun was the best for me:
Revolvers :
- Deadshot (the very best, almost consistantly hitting critical hits)
- Fifth Time Lucky
- Traitor (solid option, but very very good if paired with Backstabber ability)
Shotguns :
- Buckshot (even a low level one, it will still stun. Very good combined with base knife)
- Tripleshot (high burst damage, better for the final boss fight)
There may be other good revolvers or Shotguns, but the thing is, the more you unlock items, the more you will add items in your loot pool... and the more you will have to rely on "luck" to find the weapons you actually want.
So, this is my final advice : Try to unlock the less possible weapons outside of those. That way you will have more "luck" during your runs.
I didn't do that and I had a lot of runs where I finaly got to the lasts dungeons but lost because I couldn't find decent weapons.
--------------------------
The BOSS :
If you made it there, the boss shouldn't be that hard for you. Just be carefull and keep your distances.
Shoot the boss legs. He is so big Deadshot will do only critical hits.
The boss will slowly walk to you, just keep shooting at distance, even if he's out of your screen.
Whenever he comes to shotgun range, try shooting both of his legs at the same time, it will do double damage, but most importantly, KEEP your distance.
To my knowledge, the boss has 4 attack patterns and all of them are pretty slow :
- he will shoot slow small bubbles that will follow you, but you can easily avoid them by getting a cover.
- he also can shoot slow big bubbles that will follow you and shoot you. You have to shoot them to destroy them.
- He also have an attack where you will see red circle on the floor (just like the mini-boss in the canyon). All you have to do is avoid those circle.
- When you deal enough damage to the boss legs, he will drop on the floor and there will be a huge wave. As always use your dodge to avoid being hit. You can dodge over a cover to make it easier (or use the shield ability).
Once the boss is downed, you have to shoot his face, this is when you will be able to do actual damage. Give everything that you have.
Rinse and repeat.

I hope this will help at least one person here ^^'. Good luck!

This is the first "end-game" achievement you'll get, as there's another secret one for "Banishing Injustice", which is doing the same thing again except you have to find 3 Lost Souls, which are coloured blue as opposed to the regular yellow that they're coloured in.
Fun fact that the two guides don't mention though, there was recently an update which added difficulties, with the game defaulting on the second lowest. I'm going on instinct that the lowest difficulty, "Deputy", will NOT void achievements, but even if they do, it's a decent way to get properly shaped into the game, as other recent updates have smoothened the games difficulty curve.
