How to unlock the Good Soul (II) achievement in West of Dead - Definitive Guide

The description of the achievement is not accurate if you look at the achievement art it shows that you actually need to help 10 and 50 souls accordingly. (Roman numerals for 10 and 50 are X and L respectively).

Can confirm that this unlocked at 10 for me as well. Also, it seems you don't have to finish a help quest (that is, survive for the required number of kills) in order for it to count, as this achievement unlocked as soon as I'd pushed the button to start the tenth quest.

but how can i understand its the 9th or the 10th quest @Garnitoro ?

As there is no in-game statistics, I don't think there's any way of knowing, sadly. A thing I should have done from the start (or at least from the time this achievement popped for me), is keep my own running tally of both quests and outlaws. I'm still working on the 50 quests and 50 outlaws achievements, but I have absolutely no idea how many I have left.
