How to unlock the Beefhead Burgers achievement in Westerado: Double Barreled - Definitive Guide

An easy way to do this is to successfully complete three escort jobs:
- Package delivery job given by Clintville banker
- Hat delivery job given by Lt. Fort at the military fort (southeast of Clintville)
- Rancher Bob's buffalo drive given by the Clintville Sheriff
If it looks like you're about to fail a job, quit to the main menu and you can try again.
After completing the three jobs, the Beefhead bulls will abandon crime and set up a burger shop next to the train station in Clintville. Go talk to them there and the achievement will pop!

After three attempts, I wasn't able to get the achievement to work with the above solution. After one job, the only other option was to accept the Beefhead's offer to rob the bank. After some searching, I found this from Steam, and wanted to share:

I also had trouble with the achievement popping, and ultimately reloaded my game three times, speaking with the Burger Boy all but the last time before finally unlocking.
As with all achievements and progress within the game DO NOT LEAVE THE SCREEN/MAP SEGMENT unless you want a save. The achievement did not pop, so I quit in front of the shop to avoid losing my progress.

1) Help the concerned woman in Clintville and help her with her husband
2) Talk with Miss Tressabell in ALL LOCATIONS,so u won't see her again at the rancher's house
3) Talk with Sheriff
4) Go to Oil Tycoon and when u ask him for a job,holster your gun
5) Talk with the BeefHeads and hire them to do the buffalo ride
6) FAIL the buffalo ride letting the buffalos getting to Fort Motors
7) Talk again with the Beefhead bandits and go with them to kill Rancher Bob
8) Talk with Oil Tycoon and with the Beefheads
9) DO NOT CLICK ON : "have you got a job?" while talking with the beefheads
10) go to the sheriff. He'll ask you to kill 5 wanted criminals and do it
11) When the sheriff ask you for some deputees,bring the beefheads to him
12) convince him to accept them as deputees by holstring your gun
13) after a while, go to Clintville Station and talk to the new Burger salesman
