How to unlock the Both feet on the Gas achievement in Westerado: Double Barreled - Definitive Guide
You will have to have completed the Oil Tycoon's quest line to get this.
There are six drilling locations:
1. North of the abandoned town which is Northeast of Santa Anna.
2. Rancher Bob's ranch, inside the buffalo pen.
3. Rancher Cobb's ranch, inside the buffalo pen.
4. Rancher Richard's ranch, inside the buffalo pen.
5. Rancher Bell's ranch, inside the buffalo pen.
6. The Indian Camp of the Chief's brother.
All but the Indian Camp are located inside locked fenced areas. You may be able to speak to Oilrig Manager at some of the locations just by getting close to the fence. Others, you will have to shoot the lock. Make sure you have good aim and do not shoot any of the workers, as they will all become hostile and you will be unable to talk to her anymore. If this happens, do not leave the current screen, back out to the main menu, reload your game and try again.
Rossco7530 mentioned that you can shoot the locks on the all of the rancher pens prior to completing the Oil Tycoon quests. If you do this, you won't need to worry about accidentally turning the Oilrig Manager and the workers against you.

You can also shoot the locks during the earlier Oil Tycoon mission to clear out the ranchers, which is before the oilrigs are set up. That way there is no danger of turning the oilrig manager/workers against you.
