The Make him Work for it. achievement in Westerado: Double Barreled worth 122 pointsMake the Sheriff help you 3 times.
Now before you help Bob protect his buffalo in the 3rd step go and kill the Beefheads in the train tunnel and up the ladder from there and on the bridge west of clintville , once you start the quest to protect the buffalo the achievement pops and there is some dialogue as there is no one to attack the buffalo.
UPDATE WhyattThrash has confirmed you can simple do as below and get this !!!
On a new game go and talk to Bob, and take the quest for helping him with the buffalo , before starting go to the train tunnel and kill the beefheads there, and in the room up the ladder there, then kill the ones on the bridge west of clintville. Now do the buffalo drive with bob there should be no enemies and the achievement will pop as soon as it starts.

Great find, trying to save the buffalos from the bandits was a real pain! Actually, all you need to do is kill all Beefheads then go straight to Rancher Bob and do the drive. You don't need to do any other quests, you don't even need to talk to the Sheriff.

I tried this twice and thought it didn't work. Then I realized that the achievement popped after a save. Once you get to the fort, either move to another screen or save the game.
