You can unlock this during the tutorial, very close to the beginning of the game. If you're starting a new game to go back and unlock it, make sure the "Skip Tutorial" box is unchecked.
Once you wake up and talk to your mother, she'll tell you to talk to your brother. Once you exit the house, your brother is shooting bottle targets just to the south. Just wander onto the target range side of the crates and get in front of him when he shoots.

👍 Thx! If you don’t get in between brother and target before he runs out of ammo, you have to start a new game. As MattyJWest said — make sure the “Skip Tutorial” box is NOT checked

This one can be earned at the start of the game. When you go outside your house your brother will be shooting at bottles. All you need to do is walk in front of him while he is shooting and get hit.
