Gunversation is just the game's term for conversation, so you don't have to draw your gun. You will get this without any effort playing through the game.
If you want to get it right away, early in the game, you are told to go to your Uncle's house. Go there, talk to him, then go to sleep. The next morning go outside to find your Uncle walking around in the yard. Talk to him with
when standing near him. He will give you a few game clues and say you can come talk to him any time if you need more information. Start another gunversation and you will have three dialog choices, go through them all for game tips. After that, just stand next to him and keep mashing until this achievement pops.
Each dialog bubble counts as 1 gunversation, so exhausting the first dialog choice once, which is what you are doing by mashing, counts for about 6 gunversations.
