Kill 100 people. Just kill literally anyone. You can go to the town and kill people. Go to the saloon and kill people. Kill cowboys and bandits. Kill your uncle. Don’t worry if you need them for a quest or something they will be back later. For sure after you die and respawn. This doesn’t have to be in one life... it can be spread across many lives. Kill 100 people. This should easily happen during the natural course of your gameplay.
