Also worth mentioning: for the achievement to pop you need to finish the quest just north of Bob's Ranch and talk to the banditos.

Didn't pop until I visited them above Bob's Ranch. Thanks for the info.

for anybody not unlocking this one upon finishing the quest, go to bob's ranch, walk north and u will find the guys standing by a river, talk to anyone and u will unlock the achievement

I love TA. Came here to see if the achievement was broken and found out I'm just a dumb ass, lol. He tells you when you go see him to come and see them. As an achievement hunter I never should have missed that clue. Thanks everyone.
