While this presumably can be done with the starting hero if you reload every time you lost a hat, you'll unlock this achievement naturally if you plan to finish the game with the Brother. Since he dies when he's shot and forces a reload, by the time the game ends you'll never have been "shot" without reloading the game.

for murderer fight :
first two phases, used dual pistols and stayed near where the ladder was. slowly creeped up n shot him. when he starts talking hes about to whip out his shot gun. run far away and reload. hit him again. now hes got two pistols so quickly run to the top of the screen. hes gonna slowly shoot, pause a split second and then he moves up. time it to sprint down when he pauses, drop down below him, draw and cock ur pistols. the second he tries to run down blast him(dual pistols doubles your chances, i dont care if the single pistol is faster.), if u miss run back up and repeat. once this is done he pulls out ANOTHER FKN SHOT GUN. (a check point after the horse chase would have been appreciated man) easy tho, the two pistols was the hardest part. same as phase 3. then talk to him.

Should be added that maybe the best thing to do is combine this the Luke Skywalker achievement. Get the train going again then follow the siblings quest then go for the ending.
This ensures the least amount of game play. At the end make sure you know what the murder like and may attention to the 3 guys , this will help avoid some unnecessary gun fights. For horses try and conserve ammo and see if you can some of them killed in cross fire, Last thing you need here is to have to reload while being fired upon.
