Definitely one of the tougher missions if you don't gauge your ammo correctly. Make sure to save sub-machine gun and crossbow ammo as those are the two more important ones. The crossbows deal a lot of damage with explosions, so hit the bikers with one or two. Finish them off with the pistol. Eventually, you will come to a point where there might be three or four bikers at once. Use your crossbow once or twice on all of them then go through them with the sub-machine guns. It took me a lot of tries to finally get this playing on the easiest difficulty.
