How to unlock the Total Bone-Head achievement in WET - Definitive Guide

These aren't too difficult, you just need to know where to go and be able to shot the targets to lower your time. you may be able to miss one maybe two, but any more and you might as well restart and try again. i would say its best to give it a test run so you know the route and where the targets are. Also if you want to scrape a few seconds of the start, when the countdown starts, unplug your battery pack then plug it back in again, then when you take it off the pause menu you should be able to start as the countdown it taking place, giving you a 3 second head start.

For the mini gun challenge, just constantly fire as it doesn't overheat and make sure you make the disks your highest priority as they will get you the most points.

Also using the youtube videos for the B-line challenges are very helpful and make them easy to do first time if you just follow the route.

This achievement is driving me crazy. I don't know if it's my game or what. I jump through the bright orange hoops, trigger slo-mo, but many times the targets never pop up!!!! It's seemingly impossible to beat the Level 3 times when a third of your targets never pop up to be shot!!!! I'm gonna break a controller soon!

Okay, think I figured out what I was screwing up. It seems like you have to shoot the round metal like targets in order to make the wooden targets activate. And quite often the lame auto target misses these round targets even though it is clearly being aimed at by the auto target gun. When that happens you need to manually shoot these, and then the wooden targets will become active. I'm probably the only person playing who was screwing that up. LoL....game ON!

Anybody else have problems with this not unlocking? I have gold in everything, both the weapons challenges and the B-line challenges, and nothing.

Regarding the battery pack glitch; it definitely gave me an edge on the B line challenges, but I'm not seeing a difference on the weapons ones.

First off, these are not as hard as it sounds.

The weapon ones just take a bit of time, you could get them in your first go, I have done 1 0r 2 in my first go, some are really easy. All these can be done in about an hour. The trick is to remember each and every one of them and know which ones coming next, plus with slow-mo you have plenty of time.

The chain gun one is really easy, just don’t stop firing hit the disks they will get you 3 points, and barrels are good too. This one would be the easy of the challenges, it wont give you too much trouble.

The B-line ones are really easy just follow these guides I found and you’ll do them in seconds. The credit for these videos goes to Kheapathic from YouTube.

I’m sorry there’s not much advice I can give, but trust me, they may seem hard at first but you will get them.

The majority of these are really easy to get. However, there are a few that are a giant pain. Unfortunately, as of the writing of this guide, there aren't many videos available and what's out there doesn't really provide much help but I have included a video of the hardest boneyard challenge, Crack Shot 2. Here are some general tips to help you out:

  • For the various gun related challenges (i.e. the checkpoint challenges), be sure to hit all of the targets to reduce your time. Some of the targets are not in plain sight, so you may have to do a little searching.
  • For the time trial type challenges, there is always a fairly direct route to the target. Just be sure to do a little exploration on you first couple of runs.

Below is a youtube video of the hardest challenge, Crack Shot 2. You want to take particular note of the wall jump at 1:07. As you can see, you want to do this at last possible moment (credit to Kheapathic for the video):

During the story mode, do not chase gold medals, as these are just trial runs with each new type of weapon. Challenge mode will open after completing the game for the first time.
