Very easy to get, but it does have to be really fast. As soon as you are able to switch worlds, start mashing 
and pretty soon this will pop. It took me about 30-45 seconds to do it, so I'm not sure if it's a certain speed you have to hit the button or whether it's the continuous button mashing, just mash as fast as you can until it pops.
