During the prologue, just before (and after) meeting the purple hat wearing Everett, you will come across a statue of a monk sitting cross legged. That is Heis. In order to sit on its lap, jump up on its legs then press down on the D pad. The achievement should pop after a few seconds. I specifically did it AFTER meeting Everett, switched to the "new" universe, and spoke to the monk standing nearby first. It only took me ten minutes to get to the statue, but I skipped all the dialogue.
