You will need at least three players to unlock this.
For example get two browsers and a phone. In one of them after watching the video write the answer as long as 90 characters (you can write whatever you want until you are not able to write anymore because the field does not allow you to). Submit the answer.
On the next step, when voting for the best answer, pick the one you typed on the other 2 players.
The achievement will unlock when round ends (or at the end of the game at worst).
Since the game running on the console is just the show, it will unlock for the gamertag that started the game. It does not matter which player "wins" the round.
