This isn’t too difficult. For every race, I would generally take the first lap slowly to find where all three letters are and how to get them. Then, I would restart the race and focus on collecting the letters during the first lap. After that, your goal should be to win the race.

If you find a bike setup that works for your play style, most of the races are fairly easy. Some of the Tom’s times are tight and not that easy to do when completing the K.A.T. challenge, so you might need to focus on that for another run.
