You will find these evil later in the game, because no matter what you have, and what you're chasing, the AI goes at the same speed as you. And although its funny watching an SUV hurtle around a hairpin at 100mph, it takes a long time, my advice is get a slower car, like the Mini Compact or the British Convertable, and although they're still as quick as you, it gives you more time to time your airjack and you don't have to worry about crashing too much. Also, after you drop off your first car, just jump into the parked cars provided, don't bother airjacking a faster vehicle as it just wastes time.

Deliver vehicles in good condition above the C-rank in ALL Made to Order side mission. You unlock more Made to Order side missions and Garages for A-rank or better. There are 15 total.
TIP: Start off on a Super Bike because they are the fastest vehicles in the game. Try to catch the target vehicle as quickly as you can. Take your time once you get the vehicle because you can't afford to damage them. If you are having trouble catching a vehicle, try to remember which route they take because they normally go the same way every time.
