Now, this ISN'T unlocked when in Cyclone or Focus Aim sections, it's unlocked by holding LB whilst driving, so Vin leans out and shoots at the car. Whilst the circle is large and white, it'll try to lock on to a target, be it, wheel, driver, shooter, or car. Drive straight and steady and eventually it'll turn red, now hopefully it'll lock on a tire and pop, 5G is yours. Took me a while to realise that haha.

This one has been bugging me for ages, thought it was glitched because I'd shot so many tyres in focus/cyclone and no acievement. Thanks for clearing it up for me :-)

I had some trouble with this one. I shot the tires off of a ton of police cars, and the achievement didn't unlock until I shot the tires off of a car in a race rather than while free roaming.

As you progress through the story missions, you will unlock the ability to shoot guns. To shoot your gun while driving, hit 
. While driving, if there is a target within range, there will be a white circle that will appear on your screen. Move around until the circle is over a tire and shoot.
