Just came to say this did not unlock for me, either on two separate save file attempts.

During Chapter 2 you'll be given access to the garden maze and tasked with finding three flowers. After finding the third flower (magenta) with the assistance of the ghost dog, the hedges in the background will randomly start trying to grab you. Dodge the hedges and make your way back out of the maze for the trophy.
