Anyway I've created a simple video to show the moment in which the achievo will pop.
Pre-requisites:
- find a shovel in the store shed (far left of the mansion)
- find the score (top of the Guest House, after the simple spirit maze)
- give the score to the ghost near the fireplace to gain access to the basament

In the guest house, you'll be required to find sheet music for a ghost. He'll play a song that will open a passage in the fireplace. Enter it and dig when prompted (the shovel can be found in the tool shed near the front of the mansion). You'll anger all the bodies buried in the dirt and have to escape to the nearby ladder. The trophy will pop once you're back in the guest house.
