Whispike Survivors - Sword of the Necromancer

During any map, but most likely the first map, Alas Forest, just collect all the hearts you see and once you hit 20 the achievement will unlock. Of course, as you would expect, the hearts restore a little health with each one picked up. The hearts in this game really do only give a little too. I think it might be 1 HP restored per heart.
