This achievement is somewhat misleading in a way. You cannot get it by simply accusing Nan. You will likely have discovered how to save Marcus long ago and will have been doing it by default.

If you want to get this achievement you need Marcus to die and then you can accuse Nan and get this achievement.

She’ll be super crass and tell you to ‘Prove it’ and the achievement will pop.

For the ‘find the killer’ achievement, Marcus must be alive.
