Any karakuri that aids in movement will count towards this achievement. Most easily done by using flying vines you set up throughout all the areas during hunts. I also used the basic spring frequently in fight that also count towards the 10,000m.

You will get this naturally through combat and general traversal.

You can check how much you have travelled by checking your player profile card.
