How to unlock the Tsukumo Whisperer achievement in WILD HEARTS - Definitive Guide
There are 4 maps with 50 Tsukumo each for a total of 200, and you’ll have to collect them all for the achievement. When highlighting an area on the map it’ll tell you how many you’ve collected for that region.
There are a few mechanics to make this easier:
- Tsukumo always make a noise when you come near which you can use to echo locate them
- Activating your “Hunter view” (LT) highlights Tsukumo, and even lets you see them through solid objects
- A bit down the Karakuri skill tree (9 down and to the left) there’s an upgrade for your hunting towers that lets the towers show collectibles on your map. This is hands down the easiest way to find Tsukumo, as well as keeping track of which you’re missing.
Note that hunting towers only show collectibles if you have visited/uncovered that part of the map, so if you have full tower coverage and are still missing collectibles on your map, make sure to uncover all of the fog on your map.

One "?" marker got stuck on my map on the spot where I previously collected a Tsukumo. It left me stuck with 49/50. Luckily I found the last guy while re-checking all 49 spots with the help of a video. This happened at Fort Fufu.
My best guess is that the collectibles got desynced from playing a mix of online co-op and solo.

Each area has 50 Tsukumo to find in various locations. You gain an upgrade for the Hunting Tower using the Kemono Orbs you collect, which will show these on the map with question marks, which is INSANELY useful!!
