I cant insert a picture here so i have to describe it. The Muncher is on the map, it looks like a cow that puts there tongue out. Go to him and drag card YOU DONT NEED (or just one for the acchievment) on him.

The Muncher (big yeti) only shows up after the first area as a map location, and can be fed two cards. Simply feed it a card that has the "Consume" ability attached.
This can be done via one that already has it, or one you added consume to using a charm.
