You will need 195 coins when you enter the Woolly Snail shop to purchase all 3 charms from the Charm Machine. 45 coins for the first one, then 65, then 85. Bleep bloop, achievement!

I will add that you should choose the path that has the Blingsnail Cave since it provides you with free coins. This will greatly increase the likelihood of you having enough money by the time you reach the first shop.
