Fungo Blaster came in absolute clutch for me here - if you have a few companions that can stack up shrooms quickly and you have Fungo Blaster in a crown, you can keep shroom accumulating on one target and let it bounce around multiple enemies until you get over twenty.

To add to the above, I was able to do this with 2x Fungo Blasters by duplicating one at the Shade Sculptor. This made it even easier when combined with both Wort and Fungun.

I unlocked it with Fungun,
I used Sun charm, gnome charm, Krono Card and Blaze Tea to boost his poison stacks. Also i needed a lot of heal for him. Might be good havin block charm on him.
