A Lob Shot is a movement of your character when you press 
. To execute a Super Lob you have to make this movement fully charged, the easiest way to do it is to perform a Toss (counteraattack), which consists of pressing the 
button just before receiving the puck. If you do it correctly the disk will be suspended in the air and your character will be covered in flames, now just wait for the disk to fall and as soon as you take it press the button + the direction where you want to throw. Score 150 times with this move and the achievement is yours.

Thanks for the translations.
I used an idle second controller to boost some of these. I'm pretty sure if you do this move and knock the opposing player into the goal it only counts as a "knock opposing player into goal" goal. I might be wrong, but my numbers don't seem to match up, so it's something to keep in mind.
