In order to perform a super custom move, you have to be charged and have full bar to launch an "ultra" attack.
To be charged, you have to be on the crosshair when the disc is falling. For that, the opponent must throw a lob on you; or if the opponent throwed the disc without lob, you have to perform a toss by pressing
(or any direction + , but actually I'm not sure).
The disc will fly in the air, your player will glow, then press
(or + 
) to launch the super custom move.
