Can be done easy with a second controller.
Choose local versus match and choose any character.
Choose an arena with 5 point goal in the middle.
Start the match and now just simply make a move up or down with the 2nd controller to clear the 5 point section, throw the disc just straight or even wait until your character throw it by its own. Repeat until the match is over.
Achievement pops after the end of the match.
