How to unlock the True Stories achievement in Windjammers 2 - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement you have to complete the game in arcade mode with each character. You can do this on the easiest difficulty. However you also have to complete the game in arcade mode with the hidden character Discman. To unlock Discman, while on the character select screen, rotate your analog stick clockwise or counter clockwise for about 12 seconds until he appears from behind the characters on the left. Just choose him, complete the arcade mode with everyone, and the achievement is yours.

This thing must be bugged because I've finished the game with all characters twice and I can't get it. (even with disc man)

How many characters are there? And how long would it take to beat it on easy with ONE character?

uberjames/Ice Faux Pirate - There's 10 Characters plus the hidden 1 (so 11 total). I'd say it takes 20 to 25 minutes to beat it with each character. But you do have to be semi-proficient or you may not always win (you get 3 lives/tries plus an extra or two depending on bonus points accrued).

So I'd say 3 hours roughly (could do in 2, may take near 4) depending on skill.

Also as Tiberus said above, could possibly be glitched. I did them all and then found I was oddly still missing two. One turned out to be the bonus I didn't know about. The other I'll have to find out by playing back through until it unlocks.

Completely glitched. Completed all characters (including Discman) twice and the progress is still stuck at 90%. Any help?

Also got stuck at 90%. I started re-running arcade with random characters and S.Ho unlocked it finally. In retrospect he may have been the character I won with just before switched off my Xbox the previous night. Maybe the game doesn't save if you quit after the credits roll...?
