Wings of Bluestar (UP)

Collect the floating stars that enemies drop. Each star is worth a certain amount of risk stars, so you don't actually need to collect 20k individual stars total. You can see your Risk Stars at the top of the screen. This is cumulative accross all playthroughs.

This will pop when you reach 5k.
