Obviously this will require patience, my recommendation of vehicule to use i can give on certain event is:
Time trials : feisar prototype(goes faster with every speed pad hit until next lap which restart to beginning speed or from hard hits)
Zone event : highly recommend the AG-system agility, the amount of health of the vehicule doesn't matter in this mode, if you have 100 or 50 you will lose the same amount(while doing these you will obtain the Mach 1.5 trophy as well cause there is 3 event in the 2050 campaign that require 65/70/75 zone completed for elite pass)
Race: any speed class vehicule (speed vehicule are the top one for every brand) should do the trick, i did them all with the feisar speed which is the vehicule you start with.
Combat: anything with high firepower should do the trick, i used Qirex for all of them since its the only one that has 100 firepower.
Im my opinion the 2048 campaign is way easier then HD. Depends on the driver cause on other threads on the net some say HD is the easiest(which for me was the hardest to elite gold everything)

The 2048 Campaign is lifted from WipEout 2048 and comprises three seasons - 2048, 2049 and 2050. Each season is made up of various events with certain criteria for 'passing' them. A normal pass will be an easier target to achieve - Time Trials will have a slower target time to beat, Races will have a lower finishing position requirement, etc. To earn this trophy you have to beat the Elite Pass criteria for every event from all three seasons. Once you've completed an event with an Elite Pass, the icon will turn yellow, as shown below:
There are several different events in the 2048 Campaign:
Race - Your standard race against 7 other ships over a set number of laps. To win, finish first.
Time Trial - You have a track, a set number of laps and a time to beat. There are no other ships here, you're just racing against the clock.
Zone - Zone events are a WipEout staple, and a bit different. There's only your ship and unlimited number of laps. You don't control the speed of your ship though. This increases automatically as you pass through 'Zones,' which occurs every 20 seconds. There are no power-ups, so to repair any ship damage you need to get a Perfect Zone - avoiding any further damage.
Combat - Combat races focus purely on weapons. You score points by hitting your opponents with weapons. Every hit will score you points, with Eliminations scoring even more. The events are time limited though, so you'll need to hit the target score before the time runs out.
In terms of the ships to use, it's really a case of personal preference most of the time. I personally value handling over outright speed, finding the Feisar ships best for Race and Time Trial events. The Qirex fighter class ship is the best to use for Combat events with its 100 firepower rating, and either Feisar or AG-Systems agility class ships for Zone events.

Usually the gold requirement is not that difficult to complete and everything is resolved by retrying and/or changing the car, but the developers have raised the bar in sections and now almost ALL sections of the 2048 and 2049 championships require a minimum of 60 zones. 2050 - 65, 70 and 75 (Subway - 65, Altima - 70 and Sol - 75, respectively). Passable, but take note.
For races and time trials, try to take a high-speed car, hunting - fighters, areas - maneuverability.
