How to unlock the Mach 1.5 achievement in WIPEOUT OMEGA COLLECTION - Definitive Guide

To earn this one, you have to reach Mac 1.5 in Zone. This mode is similar to an endless runner: you dont have to accelerate, but focus on avoiding collisions. As you clear zones, your vehicle increases speed meaning it becomes harder to maintain control.

Mac 1.5 is reached at 65 zones, meaning it becomes lightning fast. The best track to earn this on is Sol, which I first found in the 2050 league. This track has the least amount of side barriers, and while you can fall off the track it only really becomes an issue around Zone 50+. Just keep your cool, utilize the triggers to drift around corners and use a high handling vehicle such as Feisar agility. And allow about 10-15 mins to attempt this as it must be done in one Zone race.

The 2050 Zone events in the 2048 campaign require you to reach Zone 65 for an Elite Pass, so there's no need to try and target this specifically. The key to succeeding in Zone mode is smoothness. Anticipate the corners and don't jerk your steering around too much. Zone mode can be difficult but it gets easier with practice. Remember that the early zones are there for you to learn the track as your speed gradually increases. Take this opportunity to learn the best lines through corners and you'll pass them all eventually.

You have a direct path to the 2048 campaign - the 2050 championship. There are 3 sections in which the conditions for obtaining gold are just for this trophy. The easiest section is Sol, just take a maneuverable car with you (from Qirex is just right).
Of course, you have the opportunity to make a trophy earlier, but the latest championship will require more effort from you in this regard.

In battles on the "Plots" - I advise you to enable color inversion in the console settings (special features). Bright colors will be dark and dark colors will be bright. It will be much easier to ride this way, because at 50-60 sections some kind of madness is literally going on and the white road is simply not visible
