This is easiest on Flame Empress Zeal and Frost Queen Freiya. They attack with simple, direct moves that are large but easily avoidable once you learn the patterns. I got my achievement return Zeal, and then turned around and twisted it with Freiya.
My set up was Awe robe (+ crit chance/damage), Air Spinner, Frost Feint, Earth Aegis, and signature Volt Pinball. I forget what extra arcana I had when I got to her, but it only took three rounds of dodging her simple 3-attack pattern and then wailing on her while she gloated.

I recommend doing this trophy with Frost Queen Freiya when she is encountered as the boss of the first section of levels. You can use the same Arcana setup I did for the ULTRAAAAA! trophy. It's best to play it safe and not rush. All of her attacks are extremely easy to avoid if you pay attention to your surroundings.
