This is not in one run. but over the course of the game you will get chances in the trials to destroy portrits they will be literally everywhere so take a moment to destroy them.

You can find paintings inside Freiya's and Atlas's sections of the Trials. There are quite easy to spot and are destroyed in a single hit. Destroy every single painting you see and you will get the trophy in no time.
