Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls

This will most likely be the last trophy you'll get. Completing the game and getting all of the other trophies won't take you 200 hours. If you start grinding for The Doombringer early on you might not even have the trophy for 100 hours by the time you got all of the other ones.

There is not much to say here. Changing the PS3's time or date won't help. You need to leave the game on (fortunately you don't need to actively play it) until you reach the 200 hour mark. You can check your progress in the Album at the Inn.

The trophy will unlock after you get to the 200 hours of playtime.
