You need to beat the second boss in order to unlock second floor achieved achievement.
For the second boss, my advice is to have at least 2 speed up shoe, with 2-3 weapon power up. Keep moving as the green explosion will kill you for 1 heart at least. After the boss has half the life, he will spread lots of green explosion bomb, just keep running around and keep shooting and it should be done after 1-2 minutes shooting.
