How to unlock the Don't Think, Feel achievement in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Definitive Guide
Cestuses are the new melee weapon within the DLC, and change your fighting style to be a flurry of hands and feet. They also allow you to build up to three bars of spirit instead of the singular bar every other weapon has for a heavy attack combo. These bars will vanish if swapping weapons.
I found my first pair in the Deliveries section of the Battle Flag menu, but the drop rate wasn't bad when I played, and the last story mission also drops them. You'll end up getting this achievement as you play through the DLC if you decide to use them in the new levels, or just load up an easy mission and massacre enemies. Up to you.

I found the weapon class to be perfectly horrible to kill stuff with in the DLC and just switched to grinding it out on an easy mission on a low difficulty.

Mine glitched at 99%. Anyone know a work around?

The cestuses are a new weapon introduced in this DLC, and are basically gauntlets. You'll get some as rewards for various battlefields, and likely find a bunch more from chests and random enemy drops.
Once you have them, you can either use them through the DLC and unlock this naturally, or, if you don't want to compromise your build, you can grind this achievement out afterward. This is easily done by traveling to any of the early battlefields, from Act 2, run around and kill enemies (they'll die in a hit or two at this point, and do virtually no damage to you), then rest at a Battle Flag to respawn enemies, and repeat until this achievement unlocks.

You have to hit with brass knuckles, otherwise they shoot fire at me with a super blow - it doesn’t count.
