How to unlock the Fly It High achievement in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty - Definitive Guide
To obtain this achievement you must interact with all the battle flags in the game, these serve as a control and management point just like the bonfires in the souls saga. There are other type of flags, the marking flags but these do not count for the achievement but it is good to always interact with them since they will increase our strength. I'm gonna be unbelievably pissed if I end up needing the marking flags cause I've only been making sure that I'm getting the battle flags.

I've just unlocked without the need for marking flags, thankfully the achievement wording is correct.

Battle Flags, as mentioned in Unstoppable (15G), allow your morale to increase so you can face stronger enemies in each mission. These also serve as the save points inside the levels, and allow you to spend your Qi to level up, purchase and equip spells, travel to new locations, hire Reinforcements, restore your health potions, etc. The levels in this game are much more linear than most Souls-like games, so you shouldn't have much trouble finding these, and the number available is always listed on screen, so be sure to find them all before killing the target in each mission. Refer to the walkthrough listed in the Road Map for all of their locations.
Note: Marking Flags are not required for this achievement, but do make each level easier so be sure to plant them anyway.

All we need are large flags, which are the local “bonfires” here. It is not necessary to raise small flags that are also scattered around the location.
