This achievement comes after defeating the Aoye boss, wich looks like a crawling cow.
To defeat this boss, keep away from it by running through all the arena and wait for its critical attack (warned by red ball on the boss) then deflect it and do your critical attack back.
The biggest tip: go to the fight at level 25 of morale, otherwise you'll have a ridiculous and useless attack with almost no damage.
